Niveau 1 uncovers the quiet, often hidden fear that you are not fully deserving — of ease, support, love, success, or expansion. Even when you appear confident on the outside, this fear can shape how you choose, how you give, how you receive, and how you shrink your desires before they ever reach the surface. In these two group sessions, you’ll explore how your nervous system learned to measure “deserving,” how those early patterns still influence your relationships and opportunities, and where you unconsciously limit yourself to stay safe or acceptable. This level helps you recognize the moments you hesitate, over‑function, apologize for your needs, or wait for permission that never comes. As you see the architecture of these patterns, you begin reclaiming the internal authority to want more, ask for more, and receive more without guilt or fear. Niveau 1 shifts your identity from someone trying to earn worthiness into someone inherently worthy of expansion, support, and good things.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Lead Time I hold each session as a sacred container. To keep our work intentional and unhurried, sessions are booked a minimum of 2 days in advance. This gives both of us space to arrive fully — present, prepared, and open. The only exception to this are Crisis Coaching Calls. Cancellation Notice Life shifts, and I honour that. If something changes, you’re welcome to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. This protects the integrity of the time I’ve set aside for you and keeps our work grounded in mutual respect. Rescheduling If you need to adjust your appointment, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. This keeps our work aligned, intentional, and in flow. No‑Show Policy If you miss your appointment without notice, the session is considered complete. This isn’t punitive — it’s simply how we honour the energetic exchange and the commitment we make to this work. Late Arrival Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time with presence and intention, trusting that what needs to happen will happen.
