In this short, powerful conversation, you’ll experience a high‑impact blend of clarity, nervous‑system grounding, and mindset expansion. You’ll feel yourself settle, open, and see your next aligned step with more honesty and courage than you’ve had access to in a while. This call is free — not because it’s small, but because it’s transformational. It’s an invitation to invest in yourself, to choose your own expansion, and to step into a moment that can change the trajectory of what comes next. If you’re curious, overwhelmed, inspired, stuck, or simply sensing that something in your life is ready to evolve… these 15 fearless minutes will meet you exactly where you are. Come as you are. Leave with clarity, direction, and a deeper connection to the part of you that’s ready to rise.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Lead Time I hold each session as a sacred container. To keep our work intentional and unhurried, sessions are booked a minimum of 2 days in advance. This gives both of us space to arrive fully — present, prepared, and open. The only exception to this are Crisis Coaching Calls. Cancellation Notice Life shifts, and I honour that. If something changes, you’re welcome to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. This protects the integrity of the time I’ve set aside for you and keeps our work grounded in mutual respect. Rescheduling If you need to adjust your appointment, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. This keeps our work aligned, intentional, and in flow. No‑Show Policy If you miss your appointment without notice, the session is considered complete. This isn’t punitive — it’s simply how we honour the energetic exchange and the commitment we make to this work. Late Arrival Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time with presence and intention, trusting that what needs to happen will happen.
